Our organic orchard is is at the centre of everything we do. We grow more than 425 heritage & connoisseur apple varieties right here on our property and make all of our ciders in our modest Ciderworks building, which overlooks the orchard. Our approach is to make cider with minimal intervention, never adding sugar and allowing our distinctive apples to express themselves. While we use modern equipment, our approach is traditional, as are our ciders.

Our shop/tasting room at 529 Fulford-Ganges Road on Salt Spring Island is open open every day from 12 Noon to 6:30 p.m. between May long weekend and Thanksgiving weekend, then Fridays through Sundays, plus holiday Mondays, for the rest of the year, from 12 Noon until 5:30 p.m.
